Shipping and Delivery Service
Please note that the official working days at JOUZ Furniture Store are from Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays are off for all our store staff and shipping companies.
Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have streamlined the shipping and delivery process for your convenience, as your comfort is our priority.
JOUZ Furniture Store delivers your orders through delivery companies or individuals during peak times to ensure your service and timely delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the purchase is completed. Shipping and delivery take 2-4 business days. Delivery is available throughout all regions of Saudi Arabia, except for remote areas. Our delivery approach at JOUZ Furniture Store is same-day delivery or delivery on another day depending on your geographical location. You can choose a convenient delivery time, whether during the day, week, or even month.
Delivery Schedule
We offer daily delivery service except on Fridays and public holidays in all regions of the Kingdom, except for some remote areas. Orders placed from within the Kingdom after 2 PM will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Shipping time may increase during peak seasons due to high demand on shipping and delivery companies.
- You can subscribe to have your selected products delivered regularly (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- You must place your order at least four hours before the desired delivery time to allow the delivery team to prepare the item. Consider the time of order (not late) and within JOUZ Furniture Store’s working hours. For urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.
- You will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the products as stated on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered as receipt of the order.
If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. The company is not responsible for any order that exceeds 10 days from the first scheduled delivery date. Please note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, additional delivery fees will be charged thereafter.
If the shipment is not received by the customer, or the customer refuses to receive the shipment from the shipping company and wishes to cancel the order and refund the amount, the shipping fees will be deducted, as well as the packaging cost if the order includes product packaging.

Important Information About Delivery
The order owner is required to sign the purchase receipt document.
At JOUZ Furniture Store, we guarantee the safety of your order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. JOUZ Furniture Store is not responsible for the product after the delivery receipt has been signed. Shipping is handled by JOUZ Furniture Store for regions within Saudi Arabia.
The estimated delivery time guide is used from the moment the order is dispatched. JOUZ Furniture Store is not responsible for any delays due to the payment of fees by the order owner or delays by customs or shipping companies.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the delivery location is in a remote area outside of the designated delivery zones. If you wish to cancel and replace your order, please refer to the [Exchange and Return Policy] page and follow the steps outlined there.

Please note that if your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it arrives and then proceed with the [Return Procedures].
