Terms and Conditions of Exchange and Return

  1. The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition, unopened, with their tags attached, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  2. The goods to be exchanged or returned must not conform to standard specifications or have a defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
  3. The consumer’s right to exchange or return the goods remains valid even if the goods were purchased during sales or promotions, provided the above conditions are met.

If a return is accepted according to the aforementioned terms and conditions, the value of the goods will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment method or by any other agreed method. Goods that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined above will not be refunded. “JOUZ Furniture Store” complies with governmental regulations.

Exchange and Return Conditions

  • Our store allows customers to return the value of their purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase through a bank account refund, provided the packaging has not been opened and the products have not been used.
  • Customers can exchange their purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items to be exchanged or returned are in their original packaging with tags attached at the time of purchase.
  • Items purchased at discounted prices during promotions can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, but the monetary value of these items cannot be refunded if they do not meet the above conditions.
  • In the case of exchanging bundled offer products, the entire bundle must be exchanged at the offer value.

Please note that any gift received by the customer along with their purchases must be returned if they wish to exchange those purchases.
